Grgur Vinski Plavac mali - RED WINE
VINIFICATION
the vineyard itself has determined the style of this wine since it is the northernmost vineyard of Plavac mali in Dalmatia. Later harvest than usual for this variety yields an extremely light and fruity wine. The maceration of 8 days in steel tanks and later, the storage of wine in steel tanks, is all for the purpose of obtaining a very different Plavac mali than the usual. Highly modern and distinctive in every way.
TASTING NOTES
Aromas that dominate are cherries, plums, bearberries and wild Dalmatian and Mediterranean plants. Its taste is harmonious, drinkable, full of structure and perfectly balanced tannins.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MEALS
The ideal wine to enjoy with dishes such as Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine.
