Zoran Pantalon

We are focused on a smaller production of premium wines

We are dedicated to three original Croatian grape varieties:

  • Pošip is the most famous Dalmatian and the first Croatian white wine to be granted protected geographical origin status in 1967, and it has been declared a renowned, premium wine.

  • Plavac mali is the most distinguished indigenous Dalmatian variety, recognized and protected in 1961. It originated from a spontaneous cross between two older varieties, Dobričić from Šolta and the medieval Tribidrag (Pribidrag, Crljenak kaštelanski, and perhaps other old names), in the southern Dalmatia region at least 250 years ago.

  • Crljenak is an old indigenous Croatian grape variety. It has been scientifically proven that the Italian Primitivo and the American Zinfandel are genetically identical to Crljenak.

Our passion for quality is woven into every drop of our wine.

Our dream is real

Our focus on premium and prestigious wines has proven justified, as confirmed by numerous awards and championship titles.

Our passion for quality is woven into every drop of wine, and our genuine dedication to indigenous varieties is a hallmark of this Zadar-based winery.

Great wines come from excellent vineyards

Work in the vineyard is the focus every moment, from pruning and removing cuttings, tying the vines, stripping old bark, applying treatments, fertilizing, weeding, and green pruning, to harvesting the grapes at technological ripeness in ideal weather conditions.

Most of the work in the vineyard, especially pruning, weeding, and harvesting, is done by hand.

The vines are cultivated and cared for under the expert supervision of highly educated employees and professional consultants.
