Terms of Sale

These terms of sale define the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery, returns, and complaints for products offered on our website. The supplier (Seller) of the products offered in the Kraljevski Vinogradi web store (hereinafter "goods") is Kraljevski vinogradi d.o.o., and the Buyer of the goods is a visitor to the online catalog who selects at least one product, fills out the electronic order form, and sends it to the Seller.


Ordering


Goods can be ordered using an electronic form and by phone. The buyer must fill out a profile with basic information for billing and delivery of the desired products and will be notified of the completed order by email.


After selecting a product, you can click on its details to learn more and view it better. If you wish to purchase it, simply click on the shopping cart, and it will be added immediately. In the cart, you can adjust quantities or cancel the purchase. Your cart is always visible and accessible, allowing you to continue browsing our offerings. Once you are finished shopping, return to the cart and select "finish order." A notification of your successful purchase will be sent to your email address.


Payment


Payment can be made in the following ways:


1. Internet Banking


When you choose this payment method, you will receive an order confirmation via email with all the necessary information for the payment. You can then make the payment using internet banking or by other means you normally use to pay bills—through a bank, post office, Fina, etc. Once the payment is received, we will send you the ordered items.


2. Cash on Delivery



Payment is made upon receipt of the goods and is paid to the delivery person.


3. PAYPAL


Payment is made through the online service PAYPAL.


By a special European Union regulation, as of February 15, 2016, disputes related to online shopping across the EU can be resolved through the ODR platform, which you can access here. This means that if you encounter a problem during an online purchase within the EU (defective product, inability to exchange, etc.), you can submit your complaint more quickly and easily at the link above. The platform can be used by both consumers and merchants, and a complaint can be submitted in any of the 23 official EU languages.
