All customers of the KRALJEVSKI VINOGRADI web shop have the right to a unilateral termination of the Agreement (return of the order) without stating a reason, within 14 days of receiving the shipment. For the Buyer to exercise the right to a unilateral termination of this Agreement (return), they must notify the Seller of their decision to unilaterally terminate the agreement before the deadline expires, with an unequivocal statement sent by mail, fax, or email, in which they will state their full name, address, phone number, fax number, or email address.

The request for a unilateral termination of the Agreement is sent to the email address info@kraljevski-vinogradi.hr or by mail to the address KRALJEVSKI VINOGRADI d.o.o. Zrinsko-Frankopanska 38, 23000 ZADAR, Croatia. The Seller will provide the Buyer with an acknowledgment of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the agreement without delay by email.

After the Buyer requests a return, Seller's staff will contact them and provide instructions for executing the return. For the return to be accepted, the returned goods must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

If the goods are not in the appropriate condition (undamaged and in their original packaging), the Seller will not be able to accept the return request, and the Buyer will have to pay shipping costs in the amount of 50 HRK for the goods to be sent back to their home address.

If, upon inspection of the product, the Seller determines that the returned goods are in the appropriate condition, they will refund the full amount the Buyer paid to their bank account or credit card, or in the same way the Buyer made the payment, no later than 14 days from the receipt of the decision on the unilateral termination of the agreement.

The Seller can only issue a refund after the goods have been returned to them. It is considered that the Buyer has fulfilled their obligation on time if they send or hand over the goods to the Seller, or to the person authorized by the Seller to receive the goods, before the expiry of the aforementioned deadline. The Buyer can return all items to the address KRALJEVSKI VINOGRADI d.o.o. Zrinsko-Frankopanska 38, 23000 ZADAR, Croatia, after the return request has been approved. The Buyer undertakes to return the goods within two working days of the request being approved.
