Notice on how to submit a consumer complaint

In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette No. 41/14), we inform consumers that they can express dissatisfaction with a purchased product or service in written form. The merchant is obliged to respond in writing within 15 days from the date of receiving the complaint.
